Find Your boat is a Charter Boat Online Marketplace

Find Your Boat Australia is an online Charter Boat Hire Marketplace that connects Charter Boat Owners with Hirers of Charter Boats. This online Charter Boat Marketplace by Find Your Boat is known as an “Booking agency and online booking and Payment Service Provider for charter boat Companies”.

Find Your Boat has no control over your hiring agreement / contract with owners of the vessels listed on this website. Your agreement is with the Charter Boat Operator / Owner and there terms and conditions of bookings which is listed and shown on each vessel listing page. Please make yourself aware of these Terms and Conditions prior to making a booking.

Find Your Boat also has no control over the conduct of owners, hirers and other users of the findyourboat.com.au website, related application and service, and disclaims all liability to you.

Find Your Boat assumes no responsibility for an owner’s compliance with any Australia Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) laws, rules and regulations. Online Checks are done to ensure Charter boats are listed and regulated with AMSA within Australian Waters.

You are solely responsible for your communications and interactions with other users of the services and with other persons with whom you communicate or interact as a result of your use of this service.

You agree to take reasonable precautions in all communications and interactions with other users of this service and with other persons with whom you communicate or interact as a result of your use of the service, particularly if you decide to meet in person.

Find Your Boat has no control over the quality of any listed boats and disclaims all liability in this regard.

A 30% vessel holding deposit is so available at checkout for all bookings at no extra cost to you. We accept for all bookings EFT, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB & Alipay.

Reviews reflect the opinions of individuals and the Charter boat booked only, and do not reflect the opinion of the Find Your Boat website, booking process or staff. Reviews are not verified by Find Your Boat staff for accuracy.

If you leave a review it should be accurate and may not contain any offensive or defamatory language.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law in NSW, Find Your Boat will be not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage that you suffer arising from, or in connection, with your use of this website or the services or any Charter Boat that you hire from an Owner on this Charter Boat Marketplace called Find Your Boat.
